This platform acts solely as a mandate facilitation and technology service provider. We are not a bank, do not hold customer funds, and do not control debit or settlement operations.

NPCI & Bank Dependency

Mandate processing is subject to: - NPCI system validations - Sponsor bank and destination bank approvals - User authentication through bank channels

Mandate Lifecycle

Mandates may be: - Approved - Rejected - Cancelled - Suspended
based on bank or NPCI decisions, without any liability on our part.

Debit Execution Disclaimer

Debit execution is entirely controlled by banks. We do not guarantee debit success, timing, or continuity.

User Consent & Declaration

By registering an eNACH mandate, the user declares that: - The bank account details are correct and active - The account is authorised for auto-debit - The mandate is created voluntarily The user authorises sharing of information with NPCI and banks for mandate execution.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for: - Bank-side errors, rejections, or downtime - NPCI technical failures - Incorrect information submitted by users - Events beyond reasonable control (force majeure) Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly as permitted under applicable law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These policies shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
